• Be on time for consultations & fittings. You will be granted a 10 minute grace period. More than 10 minutes without communication, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled

  Bulky clothing and or body shapers should not be worn for consultations. This may cause inaccurate body measurements for custom apparel.

​

• Please no extra guests unless being serviced. Space is limited.

​

​

• If you decline a final fitting. Brown Royal Creations is not responsible for any mishaps after the garment is taken home.  We strongly recommend that you participate in your final fitting.

RETURN POLICY 

 

Due to the majority of items being custom made we do not offer refunds. If an issue occurs with the merchandise purchased such as fitting issues we will rectify the problem until resolved. Exchanges are necessary upon designer's discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround/processing times are as follows:

Ready-made apparel 3-5 business days 

Custom made apparel 3-4 weeks 

Please note that items that are made as ordered may require more or less time

do not include weekend days or holidays for processing.
