Service Description

If you’re looking to have prom gown custom designed from start to finish this is the service you should book. This service lasts 45 minutes to an hour. During this time is where we discuss the design/apparel you want made in detail. We will go over the process of making your dress, go over contract & proceed to obtain body measurements. If you are booking early between the months of August 2024 to December 2024 your total amount will be split in 3 payments. (For example; your gown totals to $900. $900 divided by 3 payments means your deposit is $300). Sales Tax is added to all orders and is not included in the quoted price. Your first payment which is also your deposit is DUE AT THE CONSULTATION. If you book January 2025 and beyond A 60% DEPOSIT is the MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE!!!! For example; gown totals to $900, your minimum deposit is $540. Although the consultation fee is included in your total price of the garment being made/serviced, the consultation fee is NOT the deposit. All custom gowns at START at $700.00 Deposits & consultations fees are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE! All appointments are granted a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled/canceled. A no call/no show will be canceled & will require another paid consultation fee to book service. EXTRA GUEST ARE NOT PERMITTED. PROM CLIENT & PARENT/GUARDIAN ONLY MUST ATTEND CONSULTATION. IF PROM CLIENT IS 18 A PARENT/GUARDIAN IS NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND. Cash Is our preferred method of payment however we do accept Apple pay, Google pay, Zelle, and Debit/Credit Cards there will be 2.5% fee applied for Cash app payments. Please be aware that all invoices add state taxes that cannot be excluded.
