Virtual Prom Consultation
Recommended for Non local clients
Service Description
Virtual Prom consultations is considered for potential prom clients that are not local to us but wants a custom prom gown made. Note we are located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We will meet on zoom or FaceTime and the consultation will last between 45 minutes. You will need to purchase a measuring tape from your local Walmart, or Hobby Lobby for me to walk you through getting the measurements I need. You can go elsewhere and have your measurements done and sent to me however we are not responsible for the measurements cost or any fitting mishaps if the measurements are incorrect. During the call we will go over contract(policies/procedures) and design layout. The contract will be emailed to you. The 50% deposit will also be due. Although the consultation fee is included in the total price it is not considered the deposit. We accept, Apple Pay, Zelle, google pay, and debit/credit card payments by invoice only.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations/reschedules must be canceled 24 hours in advance. We understand that things happen last minute but i ask that you contact me if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute. A no call/no show will result in you being prohibited from booking services with me again.
